Before we get there
- For a leak, turn the main shutoff clockwise. It is usually where the water line enters the basement.
- For no hot water on a gas heater, check whether the pilot or status light is on, and tell us.
- Clear a path to the problem. It saves you the time we would spend moving boxes.
